Biography

Angelus de Dobelin OESA (†circa 1420)

Born somewhere in the middle of the 14th century, he studies under Magister Johannes Klenkok OESA in Prague, to whom he refers with Reverendus Pater. In 1373 he goes to Paris as baccalarius dispositus and becomes baccalareus actu legens in 1374-1375, when he redacts his Sentences commentary; he then becomes doctor Parisiensis in 1379. In 1392 he’s professor and dean of the Erfurt University. Angelus dies somewhere around 1420.
